We installed our ticketless system for Quadrant Investment Properties for their marque asset in Uptown, Dallas. The Centrum has been transformed to become the home to Dallas' most forward thinking & fresh minded businesses and entrepreneurs in Uptown. This mixed-use facility consists of over 390,000 square feet, more than 900 parking spaces on 4 levels of underground parking, hosts 5 onsite reputable restaurants, a 15,000 outdoor courtyard and a 6,000 square foot fitness center.

Goddard Investment Group selected our total management platform for their 12-story, 342k SF office building in DC called "National Square at 500 D Street SW. The building was developed by Trammell Crow on behalf of the trust on the site of the former DC Children and Family Services Agency.

Nguni Parking has unveiled a state-of-the-art remote monitoring and ticket-less parking revenue control system (PARC) in the iconic Class-A skyscraper Fountain Place in downtown Dallas, Texas. This is a first of it's kind for the US Parking Industry.

The revolutionary PARC system has eliminated the paper ticket completely, along with monthly access cards and all moving parts in the PARC equipment. This project represents such a dramatic transformation in the approach to automation and management of parking in the industry, with emphasis on reducing operational costs and significantly improving revenue from parking assets...
